Foil Printed Business Cards
When it comes to foil printing, we can offer a wider choice of board weights than our thermographic printed business cards, as our foil printing machine’s can take heavier weighted boards. Our standard business card boards are a 330gsm – 400gsm, but with the foil printing, we can produce on a lot thicker like an 800gsm or even heavier.
The Colorplan range has many colour choices of boards and they are also available in a range of weights, so these boards are very popular when it comes to foil printed business cards.
Foil printing is a hand crafted process, using metal die’s for the design, then adding heat and pressure, the design is stamped onto the business card board, leaving a metallic foiled image. Foil printing can also be incorporated with our other printing processes of flat litho printing and raised thermographic printing.
We can also add a foiled gilt edge to the business cards, tying in the foil print & gilt edge perfectly.
